Shipping Information

How long will my order take?

Direct Logic holds limited stock in our warehouse. Items on hand will be shipped within 2 days. Items ordered from the factory will ship within 5 days from date of order. please allow a minimum of 1 week for delivery.

My business requires an account for processing payment.

Should you wish to open an account with us – please contact sales@directlogic.co.za for the account application. One of our accounts team will be in contact for the relevant documents.

Once your account has been activated you may log in to the website and add item to a quote, alternatively you can submit a RFQ and we will generate a quote for you.

How do I pay?

We offer 3 payment options online, Payfast for Credit and Debit orders, EFT and Paypal.

Credit card transactions are limited to R5000 per transaction to prevent fraud.

For large orders please pay via EFT.

International orders – please use the Paypal or EFT options.

I have a functional Specification document for a project. How do I get a quote?

If you have a build specification sheet or a list of components you need pricing on. Please use the request a quote form to load the specs and our sales team will contact you with a quote.

I am unsure of the right equipment for my needs.

If you are unsure on what is the best equipment for your project. Please contact our support staff they will gladly assist you in selecting the right equipment.

Do the products have a warranty?

All our products carry manufacturer warranties of 1 to 3 years depending on the product. Direct Logic Automation will gladly assist in a warranty claim from the manufacturer should one be required.

Is your website secure?

We have taken all necessary steps to ensure your information is kept confidential and secure.  We utilise reliable Payment gateways and our website has a active SSL certificate for encrypting data transferred from the user to the website.
